do u just shampoo the roots-- or do u shampoo all the hair including the tips?

Shampoo just the roots because the suds will go down and wash the ends as it is being rinsed. Your ends don't collect that much oils it's mainly just the roots.

It depends.

If only the scalp area is dirty--just the old it's-been-two-days thing--that's all I wash. I try not to get shampoo on the ends, since it strips them of oil. I don't condition my hair, since the conditioning from the last shampoo isn't disturbed by just rinsing.

But if I got sweaty and my hair was down, I wash it all, and condition it. In summer, that's almost every time.

Basically, your whole head, but especially the tips.

Also use a leave-in conditioner to moisturise the hair =]

i do it all, but sometimes, my hair feels really weird when i use suave.
