its becuase your ends are damaged, heres the best solution, shampoo your hair like usual. Than use conditioner, and wrap your head in a damp towel. Levae the contitioner in for like 2 hours, or as long as you can, do this twice a week, you should see results within a month

I think you have dandruff. Get a shampoo that helps get rid of it (it will say on the shampoo bottle).
